  • Send an email to support@eatmex.mx
  • Include specific details about the incorrect information

Our team will review the report within a maximum of 48 hours and take the necessary measures.

Your help allows us to maintain the quality of the platform.

Yes, you can delete your account at any time.

For diners:

  • Go to your profile and select Delete account
  • Or send an email to support@eatmex.mx

For restaurants:

  • Access your control panel
  • Go to Settings > Delete profile
  • Or contact support@eatmex.mx

Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted according to our privacy policy.
